Together we are strong!

I live in the toronto area.
My landlord has a habit of parking on the front yard when the car spot for the house is taken (its shared with the neighbour). It's not only my landlord, but also whatever crew he brings over with him (the house is still under repairs). As a result, I have huge unsightly tire ruts on the front yard. I am embarrassed to walk up to my house.
I've discussed things with my landlord, but he says not to worry as I have a backyard? He has already been given 2 warnings by the city and a ticket. He even made mention that he is going to "rev his car on the grass to really give them something to give him a ticket over". There is obviously no concern over this issue with him, and my attempts at having him repair the lawn are not getting anywhere.
I lease the entire upstairs of the house, but there is no mention in the lease that the front yard is included in my tenancy. But its an embarrassment not only to me but my neighbours as well.
What can I do?
