Call the City right away. This is a vital service. In Toronto, call 338-0338 , tell them where you live and that you would like to talk to a property standard by-law enforcement officer. --Previous Message-- : I have not had any hot water in my apartment : for at least two days. Obviously, I have : not been able to shower or do my dishes, and : the mess in my kitchen is attracting the : mice from downstairs. What rights do I : have? Can I withhold rent?
