Hi all,
I'm also interested in any first-hand experience on these things too, as I am considering filing a case against my landlord too (a T1 and possibly some others).
In particular, any positive or negative consequences? All I want is some justice and hopefully some monetary compensation, so does anyone know what are typical outcomes (yes, I understand all cases vary)? It'd be very helpful because all this sounds like a lengthy process, so I am weighing the pros and cons of going through this -- there are so many other things I need to handle!
I'm told at some point, it was proposed that there be a database of such cases and their outcomes made available to the public. Is there such a thing at all?
Any information appreciated, thanks!
