The subject of loud tenants has been a resent subject on here.
To further Dans response He can try... And he can succeed if in fact you are disturbing your neighbors.
Only you can truthfully answer that question but the best advice would be that if you possibly are being too noisy you should get in touch with your landlord and have a honest discussion to see if there is a solution.
Are there tenant complaints, has your landlord spoken to you more than once about tenant complaints regarding noise?
Don't wait for your day in court you may be disappointed with the outcome if he brings proof he has spoken to you multiple times about other tenants complaining.
If there truly is a ongoing issue with your landlord regarding noise you could try and resolve it with him before it is too late. It's worth a try if you want to stay where you are.
If on the other hand you have no idea what he is talking about go to the hearing and defend yourself. Without some kind of evidence or records of complaints and discussions with you he has no case.

: He can try, but it should go before the
: Landlord Tenant Board. He would have to
: prove on a balance of probabilities that you
: have interfered with the reasonable
: enjoyment of the premises of the neighbours,
: and that the problem is not being corrected.
: There is a formal process involved, and he
: has to give you a written notice.
:
: You will have your say at a hearing too. If
: you have been having too many parties, you
: may want to take steps to protect your
: neighbours interest. If you are innocent of
: the charge, that is why there is a hearing.
:
: For frequent readers, this is a situation
: where the purpose is to either reform the
: tenancy, or assert your innocence. There
: are other issues of degree as well. For
: example, a kid's birthday party will only
: happen once a year. An every Saturday night
: loud and drunken thing would be a different
: "party".
:
: Hope that helps.
