Barbara Hall has always been a good friend to tenants and the Federation.
I hear when the report comes out in late September or October that it will be providing a great framework for changes in the Commission for tenants to be easily be able to file complaints with the OHRC for free and have it resolved within 9 months, including the ability to assess damages against landlords larger than the little slaps on the wrist of the LTB.
It will be great to have a second commission/board in which to go after the slum landlords!
