We need help in being organised in a systematic way.
I think the way to go is to start organising us by landlords.
A perfect typical big landlord would be something like the Wynn Group.
Get your people to put brochures in all the buildings and then hold a city wide meeting of tenants from all the Wynn buildings. You could even set up an umbrella group and call it the Wynn Tenants Associations.
They would then see it is not them alone and it would be easier to help them all at once and more difficult for the landlord to deny it as just one tenant or one problem building when you held a press conference. It would also be much more expensive for the landlord to be handling the situation in 18 buildings at once than if it was just the occasional one here and there.
The publicity would convince more tenants to call you and to want to organise against their landlords too. You could be turning a few tenants in every building across the city into activists who would organise their building and spread the word for you.
