Last year during the hearings Elinor from the clinic said that she and Michael Shapcott have been good friends with Barbara Hall for 2 decades. She said both had been board members here and still support the Federation.
Why not get them to talk to Hall about funding for groups dealing with tenants to teach the tenants about their human rights? It is way cheaper to get those already in contact with tenants who need this information to use their existing infrastructure to do this rather than creating a new expensive government department to do it.
