That depends on what is most important to you right now?
(fix the problem but you have to pay the cost) call Magical Pest Control and ask to sprey your apartment (high infestation) and then comeback in about 3 week to apply the paste (heavy)[had the same problem but now we are pest free about 5 years)
(force the Landlord to fix the problem)- (this will take time and no guarantee that the problem will be fixed but I would take them to Tribunal anyway as a matter of principal)
- File work order with Landlord (make sure you keep the copy)
- wait about two weeks
- document the infestation (make a lot pictures)
- record food spoilage by pest (make a lot of pictures again)
- if nothing happens go and see duty counsel at the Tribunal and ask them for help (make sure you bring all evidence (pictures)
