This lovely Jager features silver wire inlays, firgured walnut, relief carving, oval dangerous game (lion)Ivory inlay, swamped barrel, solid brass ramrod,adjustable sights, blued metal, brass fittings and a recoil reducer in the stock as well as extensive carving and inlays plus the quality and workmanship you would expect from a James Gefroh rifle. This rifle is a proven killer of dangerous game. I will also include any remaining cast ball and bullets I have. This rifle was purchased for a special hunt and now unfortunately I have to sell it. I will be adding to the description with more photos and details once I dig it out of the safe if I missed something. I wanted to get it listed on auction ASAP. Stock is not broken, please look close and you will see it is steel in front of the lock used to bolster that area of the gun which is a common weak spot. It is needed to handle the stout loads this rifle is capable of firing. The photo of the projectiles show the size of the 8 bore = .820 compared to a .62 cal round ball.
