Also a specially made Jack Garner. .54 percussion Tennessee rifle with no dovetail rear sight but a T/C peep installed and stock cut with recoil pad so it would be an inch shorter for hunting in the cold weather here in NH with hunting clothes. Has curley maple stock. All work done at time of making by Jack. Price is $450 plus shipping
The English style sporting rifle was made by C. Wilcox in Cherryville BC. It is a .50 percussion and Has fancy grade walnut stock, Brass furniture,hand made lock from 4140 steel,handmade single set trigger,Hand made Brass patchbox. This was #005 and all part are serial numbered lock,triggerguard, barrel etc.. When this was made it was more costly than a Browning Superposed shotgun. and he stopped making tham in 1980 as they were too costly to make and too time consuming. Price is $600
