I want to rent out one of the rooms in the 2 bedroom house that I live in.
I am 40 years old, female. Clean, no smoking, no drugs, pretty quiet. I have a cat (please no other cats or dogs).
its 12 x 13 with a bay window area that is 8
wide and 3 deep at the center
has a 7 closet that has louvered doors
carpeted with light gray
wall and wood trim color are whitish or cream
has four large windows (3x 5 each)
on the northwest corner gets great evening sun
plus a little bit of morning sun through one of
the bay windows
on Locust Street, near Mission Street, on the West
Side
up the hill from downtown (about a ten-minute walk
to Pacific Avenue)
built in the 1880s, remodeled in the 1980s
has one bathroom with full-sized washer and dryer
has complete kitchen with dishwasher
has gas heat that circulates well throughout the
house (there are registers in all rooms)
has 10 ceilings, large windows, and a skylight in
the living room good light throughout
has a front and back yard and a back deck that
gets full sun
has some noise from Mission Street but is
generally very quiet and has privacy
theres a garage that is mostly full of my tools,
etc, but there would be room for you to store a
bicycle and a few other things
