Hi, I saw your ad the Cantú Center website and would definitely like to check out the room--I'm currently looking for a more affordable place to rent long-term. I'm 21, male, gay, a UCSC student taking a break from school, working two part-time, stable jobs: one in Los Gatos and the other as the Communications Coordinator to the Cantú Queer Center. I'm a responsible and affable person who is easy to get a long with; I pay rent on-time; I have two well-behaved cats. Let me know if you are open to the possibility of my renting the space or if you have any questions!
