Quiet section of Seabright Area. One block from the bus and a mile and a half to downtown. Close to grocery, coffee, restaurants. Ample street parking.
We are:
Four queer women. One grad student, one undergrad (about to graduate), two out in the workforce. Current ages: 22, 25, 27, 40.
We're looking for:
Queer female (preferably), or somebody else who is queer-friendly, not too loud, clean, and responsible. We don't care how old, or young, you are. Women, in general, preferred.
Your room:
Large, high ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of light, DSL.
More about the house:
Lots of common areas, living room, small dining room, back room with fireplace and skylight with some storage, big bathroom with skylight, another small bathroom w/o bath, kitchen with gas stove, big yard with lots of gardening potential, one wonderful cat (another cat negotiable), laundry on site, some space for storage.
