If you can't afford to feed or vet them then don't take them in. You need to be specific in your email that these are "rescue horses" or you are a horse rescue organization fallen on hard times and you need to place them vs. "I need money, trades, etc. for MY horses". There are rescue groups that can help you place them in your area.
