Posted by Nikki He does needs an experienced horse person because he is hard to get along with on the ground. He hates clippers and shots; when you mount he will bolt forward if you hit him in the side, when I use a mounting block I don't have problems. When you dismount right now he is jumping back and to the side. He is not consistent though, one time when you dismount he stand perfectly still and the next he will jump back. He can also be hard to catch if not kept in a dry lot or stall. His issues get better when being worked consistently which I don't have the time for. I really believe for the right person Striker could be a great horse. He is going to needs someone with patience and time to work with him. He is free for this reason; I really want him to find a good home. Pictures available.

Striker is a very pretty bay/white draft cross. About 16hh, has been ridden english and on trails. He's done some jumping in the arena and cross-country. So far he has jumped everything I've asked. I purchased him with the intention of riding him dressage, he is collecting well at the trot but his canter still needs some work. On trails he rides out alone and is a great trail horse.
