This again is awesome news, someone has decided that the old horse, (which 18 is NOT old by any means) has a reason to live and has committed to his care. I still stand by my original statement on the compassion of the original owner in choosing to euth her horse and NOT taking the easy road out and shipping him to auction and a horrific death! He lucked out twice in one day, the first time with a caring, loving owner who cared about his final day, and two, when a compassionate vet intern decided it didn't need to be his final day and committed to take on his care. HE WON! THE OLD HORSE WON! HURRAH FOR HIM!
