This board is for us by WFF collectors to post items they would like to sell to the highest bidder. The specific method by which the auction will run (duration, minimum bids or incremental bids accepted, types of payment required, etc. are at the discretion of the seller).

There seems to be an arguement as to who is the winner. I said no bids after 9:00 I have a bid at 8:59 and a bid at 9:00. The bidder that came in at 8:59 says they are the winner since the 9:00 is between 9:00 and 9:01, which is after 9:00. Anyone have any input?
