Its very coincidental you bring this very subject up. Its a theme I want to do in my Nova fiction and also something that I hope DNA explore fully in Nova itself. Personally I think the idea that every single Xandarian died in any of the three mass destructions of Xandar is a flaw.
For starters there is a surviving Xandarian. His name is Fireford. Secondly if you consider all the Xandarians who contributed their mental engrams/memories to the Worldmind over god knows many million of years (as the Worldmind is perceived to be far older than the Supreme Intellignce which is estimated to be over 1 million years old), they may no longer have physical bodies but their minds, personalities exist forever while the Worldmind exists. Thirdly for a very technology advanced race like the Xandarians not to have any colonies on other worlds, considering they had access to phase space tech which could take vessels like the Nova Prime star-ship over vast distances of space, is a bit hard to swallow. They're must be colonies out there; we've just not heard about them. Unless it depends on where or when they are. So, anyone have any therories. Maybe I'll consider them for my story; as is I did draft a scenario the other day if anyone would like to look at it.
: So, all the Xandarians were at home when the
: Annihilation Wave attacked? There were no
: outposts or people vacation in the sunny
: Sh'ar Empire?
:
: And were there any differences between
: Xandarians or humans? I suppose if there
: weren't the tinkerings of the Celestials
: explains why they and the Galadorians and
: others are all human and genetically
: compatible.
