I have wanted Nova in the Avengers for years, but with what's going on with those books right now, I dont know that I would want him involved with either team right now (plus he has his hands full at the moment). Having said that, maybe when the Ultron and the Phalanx are defeated, Nova can get back to Earth and be a part of the Skrull Secret Invasion storyline. I really hope he gets the chance to do that since he wasn't a part of Civil War or World War Hulk. If he were to go back to Earth , I hope he gets a chance to strut his stuff in front of the Avengers and they offer him membership (that would be a plausable storyline). But you know what I think would be cool, if after the secret invasion, there is a shakeup in the Avengers membership and Nova becomes a part of the "New Avengers", but only part time- since he can open star gates traveling between Earth and deep space isn't a problem. Here is the line up I would like to see in the New Avengers: 1)Black Panther 2)Storm 3)Nova (when available) 4)Hercules 5)FireStar 6)Spider-Man 7)Hawkeye This would be a team capable of challenging the Might Avengers ! Or I think another cool idea would be to have Nova as part of a 20th century version of the Guardians of the Galaxy. I would love to see Nova in two marvel books every month! The basic origin can center around World-mind re-building Xandar, however, instead of re-building the Nova Corps, Again, Nova keeps the majority of his current power and they recruit a team consisting of already powerful beings. I think a cool theme for this team would be to have members come and go from time to time, so there can be a somewhat large and varied group.
