: Do you guys realize this has been the longest
: period we have been reading Nova since the
: 1970s? With Annihilation: Prologue,
: Annihilation: Nova and the Nova series, we
: have been reading Nova for about two year
: (with the annual, his new series has been 12
: issues long). I think this is a great
: accomplishment. And it appears Marvel is
: trying to keep a cosmic line of comics, with
: Nova anchoring it. And yes his numbers are
: not the greatest, but again, Ms Marvel is
: selling thousands of issues less, and has
: been around for 25 issues (although I have a
: sneaky suspicion they are allowing her book
: to hang on until the Secret Invasion story
: is over).

Not only is it his longest consecutive run, I would argue strongly it has produced the strongest overall quality of Nova stories. There are a few things I would like to see changed but overall I am a very happy Nova reader. The Annihilation Nova. Perfect.
As far as the sales go, I guess I wouldn't know, but I generally don't get to one of the three comics shops in my area until the weekend. By that time only a couple of issues of Nova are left. Two months ago I ran into a sellout. Many other titles may sell more to the dealers at this point, but I don't think what is on the stands is doing too bad.
