This is the new and more interesting Surfer. Hopefully gone is the whining and the moaning about being Galactus' herald. I think his attitude should be more like Frankie Raye's.

Actually, can you imagine what damage a herald with an agenda could do? Don't like the Sh'ar Imperium? Lead the devourer of worlds to a few of its key planets. Feel that a developing race will someday be a cosmic threat? Bring Galctus by for lunch time. I'm surprised no one at Marvel has ever thought to have a herald manipulate the cosmic needs of Galctus like this...
