1. Firefly is a great series but Nathan Fillion is too old to play Richard Rider.
2. Richard Rider was in his mid 20s during the event of the Annihilation.
3. If true this could mean older Rider passes his Nova power to Sam. Yes, Sam will be the main character in a Nova movie.
Dillion could be playing Adam Warlock instead. Warlock's cocoon was shown in the post credit of Thor: The Dark World. After all, Adam Warlock was in possession of the all-powerful Infinity Gauntlet at one point.
