He doesn't need hand waving to explain Drax coming back though. that I thought was wierd. Resurrection is a pretty common thing for Drax. Why would Kronos and Mentor want to lose his anti Thanos weapon. Also why does he come back with his silly purple cowl? I hated when they tried to bring all those old 70s looks back at the beginning of the Bendis run. They don't work anymore in a modern setting.

: A couple other oddities that was mentioned in
: the Nova section of the Marvel Heroes game
: forum. there is a pretty awesome edited
: image in that thread that describes this,
: but in Gotg #18, when Quill is describing
: the story to Gamora, and comes to the part
: about Drax's reanimation - Gamora says to
: Pete "Hold on, Drax was in the
: Cancerverse?" The problem with that
: question is that Gamora WATCHED HIM
: "DIE" BY THANOS HAND IN THE
: CANCERVERSE!!!! I mean come on BMB....
:
: Also, with Thanos being the an avatar of
: death and apparently killing Drax, and upon
: Drax's reanimation, he is quoted as saying
: "No one dies here", so one would
: be under the assumption that Rider cannot
: die there. Also, considering Death herself
: killed Mar-vell in the Cancerverse, and with
: him being in a preview image of the next
: issue is quite perplexing.
:
: Really hope this turns out well for our boy,
: but holes abound ATM.
