The possibility that Rich may return as a villain makes me ask why again. Why? If he does it I really wonder what Bendis' hang up is with the character. Why does he want to alienate himself from old guard fans so much. I don't get it.

: Check out this article from Entertainment
: Weekly
:
: According to Bendis, Guardians of Knowhere
: is a new series that comes out after the
: Secret Wars event and characters a lot of
: people have been asking for will show up.
:
: He went on and said the following:
:
: "There will be a fundamental change in
: the Guardians coming out of Secret Wars that
: I think is going to [lead to] a nice
: conversation for people to have afterwards.
: And by people I mean some people. Some
: people are going to want to kill me,” he
: laughs. "But other people will be very
: excited about it. There will be a roll call
: change that I think people are going to be
: surprised by.”
:
: Take a guess as to who "some
: people" he is referring to?
:
: What he said does not sound good for Richard
: Rider, that is if he does return in the new
: series. He could be the villain Bendis is
: referring to in the article.
