I had a really hard time following the action in this issue. It seemed kind of chaotic and haphazard (and maybe was intended to be) but I really had to slow down and pay hard attention to follow it and I found that distracting.
It seemed action for the sake of action and not action in the service of telling a story.
I am loving Eve Bakian (quickly becoming my #2 favorite Nova and giving Richard a run for his money) but this was the weakest issue to date.
: Read this last night...Another solid issue,
: but it's clear that this story has been
: rushed. I feel like this story could have
: been a 8-12 issue epic, but something must
: have changed and it was shortened to just 5
: Thought the rhyming Champion of Xandar (name
: escapes me right now) was done really well
: and was really cool.
