Jesse is a human-looking alien, most likely Xandarian.
I mean it would be a bonus for clone-makers since they might use his Nova-Force DNA (Depends how much "slivers" of Nova Force that an average Xandarian have) to do some evil things.
Or some horrible story involving that he married Sam's mom to repopulate his race with a bit of "diversity" rather than out of love. Seriously, I kinda feel that Sam would be only Half-Alien in Marvel universe with both sets of parents and non-white.
