"Intel Operations" indeed. My Dad was a Lt. Col. and we found a map of Tripoli in his old papers, in which "nuclear weapons" {no kidding, that's how it's marked in Dad's handwriting!} were transported around to the back gate of Wheelus through town from Idris airport.
