My great uncle, Col. Irwin Dregne, is being honored in a memorial service in September in his hometown in Wisconsin. I'm hoping there will be some people out there who could share some good stories about him or tell me a little bit about his character. I have found several people who knew him in WWII and Korea, but I'd like some input from his time stateside.
