Avante had a real bad day yesterday sailing off Newport in a light breeze and due to operator error and maybe a bit of aluminun oxidation/wear & tear, I snapped the boom at the vang bale. This is of course an excellant time to upgrade to a Forespar Leisurefurl but that and a new full batten main is just too pricey this week. Anyone know of a good, used boom for sale?
