Is there another Yankee site that generates email? Not much traffic here. Anyway, I wanted to thank Val for letting me crawl around and in Snow Bird. A very nice boat! Anyway, something I noticed on Snow Bird, and now that I look closer, on most Y30's, is what appears to be a baby stay just forward of the mast. Although it probably wasn't intended to be used for a staysail, as in a cutter rig, it looks like it could be. Has anyone set a small storm staysail on this stay? If so, how did it work? Howard
