This message is for Richard Cox. Thank you for the information you posted! I have a couple of new questions. You say you may know the Yankee 26 for sale in Oxnard. Have you looked inside/outside this boat; if so, what was its general condition? Did the gelcoat crazing appear to be cosmetic or did the cracks seem to be deeper than that? If the general condition of the boat is good, I can live with cosmetics for awhile. Don Casey ("This Old Boat") says that repair of gelcoat crazing -- sanding, priming and painting -- is not very difficult. I wonder if Casey is optimistic. Has anyone out there attempted to tackle this job?
