I have a Heritage Yankee (Felicity). It's not a cored hull. I'm not sure if any were made with cored hulls. I've not had the opportunity to actually see a Yankee factory built Y30 so I'm not able to intelligently compare the construction but I can tell that mine is built extremely stout. It's definitley built for extended offshore use. The main differences that I can notice are oversized rigging and ten opening portlights instead of the non-opening windows that came on factory built models. You can check out pics of Felicity on the photo gallery. Or, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any more specific questions....
: I was reading that Heritage offered a cored
: hull as an option on their Y30. Were any
: ever built? Does anyone know any other
: construction details on the Heritage
: version? Is she thought to be the Yankee
: Yachts equivalent?
