Well, I finally finished the hull with Interlux 2000E and VC-17. In starting up the Yanmar YSB-12, a one cylinder thumper, I'm concerned that the motor mounts, or the engine bed may be weak. The starboard ell bracket is very rusty, and forward port engine mount has a lag bolt that is loose. I don't want the engine to dance away on my trip down the Erie canal home. Any thoughts? Thanks
