GEORGE BEVERLY SHEA has been back in the studio (in his 100th year) to record a duet with GEORGE HAMILTON IV for George IV's new gospel duets album which Northern Ireland’s COLIN ELLIOTT & SAMUEL PURDY are producing. CLIFF BARROWS, SLIM WHITMAN & JACK GREENE are going into the studio shortly to complete their vocals. some of the other artists committed to project so far are PAT BOONE, BILL ANDERSON, CONNIE SMITH, MARTY STUART, CARLENE CARTER, CHARLEY PRIDE, THE WHITES, RICKY SKAGGS, JEAN SHEPARD, JAN HOWARD, TOMMY CASH, THE STONEMANS, BARRY & HOLLY TASHIAN, TERRY SMITH, BUDDY GREENE, CHUCK GIRARD AND GEORGE V. Sam Purdy says, “I think this list of names shows the respect that George IV has among his peers.”

From USA JUDY LEIGH writes, “I am writing to ask for your prayers. I am to have surgery on Monday, June 30th. There is a nodule in my salivary gland which has been a source of chronic throat infections for some time. The only treatment is to remove it . It could be a tumor or cancerous. The Dr. said there was an old Dr.'s term for this called "the devil biting your throat". … I have news for the devil. He may try to get me by the throat, but it's too late. The victory has been won already!! Pray that God will be glorified in my life and those around me as I have this opportunity to witness for Him! Love you all.”
England’s NOEL RICHARDS writes, “I am writing to update you on some of my activities. Last weekend, I was with my band in Budapest, Hungary and Litomerice, Czech Republic. This coming weekend, we will be in Slovakia at a Festival near Kremnica. In the next few weeks, I will be doing events in UK, Germany and Denmark, before heading out to Nashville to record an album of new material in August.. Holland’s A.G & KATE write from the USA. “After all the trouble in England (with our car and then having to fly home because of A.G.'s mum), we made it home with the car and caravan on the 21st of June. A.G.'s mum kept picking up and we were able to leave for the USA as planned, on the 4th of June. After a couple of relaxing days with friends in Nashville, we made it to Kentucky, where we spent 5 days getting ready for the road. On the 13th of June we did the first concert and so far we have done 11 and they were blessed! Of course the usual trouble with getting in the prisons site.” www.agandkate.org.
