The Stiefel product Minoderm Tablet (Minocycline) is a very effective treatment for severe acne or pimples. Also use panoxyl cream (contains benzyl peroxide), if ur skin is very sensitive then try cream of 20% Fusidic acid instead of benzyl peroxide cuz it may cause irritation and redness. Also use Zolanix capsule once a week for 6 weeks. Its an anti fungal and will prevent skin tissues and remove scars. Drink a lot water .Drink fresh vegetables and fruit juices to full fill ur daily vitamins needs. If Minoderm doesn't works then ur case is very rare. Accutane is used in the last stage when antibiotics doesn't works. You need to consult a dermatologist. It must be noted that use of antibiotics for a long time may result in a liver problems.
