Yes! You should only use a little bit of the exfoliating gel and only use it once a day to start. Use the lotion every time! The exfoliating gel does sting a little at first; but your skin gets used to it! I was using prescription cream and antibiotics from my Dermatologist and my skin was still a wreck. Murad cleared it up.
