It's been working for me and I've only had it for 2 weeks. You have to use it correctly, but I can say it's the only acne thing thats ever worked for me. DONT get proactive. that made me so much worse. It uses a scrub, and you should NEVER scrub your skin. Murad has a smooth 1st step, then follow with the gel, and then I use the spot treatment, and put the lotion on all the areas I didnt use the spot treatment in. Nothing else worked for me except Murad Acne Complex.
