i dont know if this is still up and running but i just wanna say that silicone whatever anybody says is simply the most reliable and for ever lasting procedure. there was lots of talks about dermal grafting but to be frankly honest altought it comes from your own tissue you will end up having scar behind your ear or both ears and you dont know how long this will really last, it might be anything between few months to few years but theres no guarantee. so if you have severe scaring and lots of tissue loss dont waste anymore time there's just one answer to it nothing else will be that effective. its as well compatible with almost every surgical revision procedure and dermabrasion.
