I had persistent acne on my face until I started washing with a bar of soap called POLYTAR. It is made by Steiffel. It seems hard to find, but ask the druggist for it. My husband was using it for psoriasis on his leg, and I just thought I'd try it. It worked, and my face has been amazingly clear ever since. Just work up a lather and massage into the skin, rinse, then repeat. You might feel a little sting or warmth after. Also, stay out of the sun as you may be more sensitive to it. Has anyone else tried this or am I the first?
