Please think long and hard before you have silicone injected into your skin. This is a permanent foreign substance that has caused problems for thousands of individuals. I personally would not do it. I did, however, have a full-face laser resurfacing which despite the cost and down-time, would recommend to anyone looking to improve acne scarring. It did absolute wonders for me. Think before you go ahead with the silicone. The extra money invested into a full face laser (if you need that much) is well worth the investment. If not, then wait a bit for the newer treatements to be approved and to become available. The majority of them that I've heard about are formulated from natural substances (unlike silicone), and they last for a much longer time than collagen. Silicone is there forever, and your body may have a problem with that.
