Music from 'The Cooler'

I'm pretty sure that I remember the song 'Glory of Love' done at the end of the movie, The Cooler, during the credits. I can't seem to find info on it other than I think it might have been written by Billy Hill?? Anyway, I would like to know who did the song with the funky acoustic guitar accompaniment. How about the chord inversions/progression?
