I'm trying to learn some of this but my style is three finger and unmuted, Blake style. I learned that style just because that's what the first books I got said to do. Maybe Ari will give us delta-style right hand tips? --Previous Message--

One thing I noticed Lockwood doing some was muting by rotating his forearm to put the heel of his hand on the strings, so that the pluck and the mute were sort of one continuous movenment. In other words, he would pluck with his thumb, and rotating his forearm would be a part of that movement but he would continue the movement until the heel of his hand muted the strings.

: It was a great show. He serves as an

: RJ tunes, which he and he alone learned
: directly from RJ. See him if you get a

: what RJ's picking hand is doing too. I'd
: tell ya but I'd have to kill ya.
