You've got a great guitar there.
A 36 L-oo is a style often used as a standard for a loud, small-bodied fingerstyle guitar. Gibson now makes what is called a Blues King based on this design. They were cheap in their day, thus lightly built and braced which time only enhances.
I bought one last year at a guitar show in Nashville. They were asking 2800. and he took 2450. cash. Mine has a repaired crack in the side which doesn't effect anything. One in as good shape as you describe could be worth 3500. or more.
