What's The Matter with the Mill - question

I've re-discovered my copy of "You Don't Understand" and would like to learn a tune or two from this album. Has anyone studied Ari's rendition of "What's the matter with the mill"? The tune is played in the the key of E and my first guess is standard tuning with capo on 2nd. Can anyone confirm... Ari maybe?
