Good parlor for ragtime?

I am interested in looking for a parlor size guitar that will fit the ragtime sound well. I realize that there are "numerous" choices out there. My budget is $500 and its firm. Right now, I am considering either the Washburn R305S (very hard to find) or going with a restored parlor off of EBAY.
