I think I may have solved the mystery of the "Skinny Leg Blues" lyrics.
You are right that one of the verses comes from the Texas Alexander "Bo Hog Blues". I beliver he sings the following:
She got little bitty legs, gee but them noble thighs (2)
She got something on a yonder, works like a boar hogs eye
Geeshie Wiley's verse:
I got little bitty legs, gee but these noble thighs (2)
I got something underneath and it works like a boar hogs eye
Weird stuff but that's what it sounds like.
