John Miller teaches the song in the Guitar of Furry Lewis DVD from Stefan Grossman's Guitar Workshop, and it's transcribed in open G.
Just compared it to my CD copy and it sounds like Furry may have been tuned down a half step, but otherwise the transcription seems accurate.
