Both CDs have 14 tracks, so this only adds to the confusion. Probably what happened is that the person who submitted the info to the database that WMP uses entered the info for TWNHNM when YDU was in the CD drive--a simple mismatch. It's possible they they were doing both CDs at the same time and made a basic error of sequence, but didn't catch it. I use iTunes and have found that the Gracenote database is full of errors. Since end users submit the info, it is a occupational hazard.
There's an old joke: "Ten thousand parts in the modern automobile, but it's the 'loose nut behind the wheel' that causes the most problems." In the computer world, it's the "loose nut behind the keyboard"--present company excluded, of course.
It may be possible to submit a revised track list to the WMP database. I know that it can be done in iTunes, so you might check to see if it can be done for WMP.
: Thanks Stuart
: At least now I know I am not crazy. It is
: a repeatable error. Use WMP and rip YDU
: and you will find all the info for TWNHNM
: will come up and gets put in "My
: Music". And what is ripped (and will
: play back) is all the songs from YDU.
: Wrong info, right songs. Weird huh.
: I love this computer stuff but only when it
: works right.
