Stefan Grossman's Guitar Workshop has lots of Blues/Ragtime DVD/Video material available. Also Homespun Tapes has a fair selection of the same stuff. Both have all levels from beginner to advanced. I have used Grossman's stuff (everthing form the old Kicking Mule albums of the 1970's to his current offerings)for many years due to the lack of teachers in my area. The Kicking Mule albums with Tab are also great just for listening....
