John Miller Videos

I just read the great review of John Miller's videos. I'm curious at what level I have to be at to take a stab at them. I'm an advanced beginner (?) as I've been working through Roy Book Binder's videos.
What are your thoughts on levels and how does one figure out at what level they are at?
